General Information

IT support is available to faculty and staff Mondays through Fridays from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m.

Equipment checkout is available to faculty, staff, and students for a variety of media: laptops, projectors, digital voice recorders, video cameras, digital still cameras, videoconferencing cart, DVD players, Webcams, tripods, computer cpeakers, USB floppy drives, zip drives, and USB hubs. Available Mondays through Fridays from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. (For workshops in using multimedia equipment and editing software, visit the OSCR Workshops page.)

The Electronic Classroom (EDUC 455) is an instructional computer lab available to College of Education faculty for class reservations. There are no open-lab hours. Visit the Room 455 information page to see the room schedule and software list. The Electronic Classroom can be reserved Mondays through Fridays from 8 a.m. until 9 p.m., and is available on weekends by special request.

Email your request to coe_computersupport@listserv.arizona.edu, or call 520-621-1386. 

If you send an e-mail or are routed to voicemail, please leave a message with your name, contact information, and details about your request or problem. This message will automatically be sent to the COE Computer Support listserv which is constantly monitored during the workday. 

Once you submit a request, you will receive an e-mail message that will include a ticket number that can be used for tracking and to facilitate status updates for your request.
